the principal of dsm-llc is a graduate engineer with 20+ years of experience in selling and marketing technical products. specific areas of experience include: food, chemical, pharmaceutical, analytical chemistry, sample prep, precious metals and chromatography industries in both the US and Europe
other areas of expertise:
- extensive experience with the setting up and management of rep/distributor networks including managing "independent" regional reps and large catalog-based distribution partners
- selecting, planning and manning of trade shows, including Pittcon, AAPS, AACC, the Chem Show, the Powder Show and more
- hundreds of training and sales seminars for distributors, end-users and attendees at technical conferences
beyond the confines of our own small business we outsource specific sections of work to specialists in their field; graphic art, web hosting, printing, IT management, etc.
